Recognising its importance to Australian heritage and the need for preservation, Gale and Roger Collins purchased the Black Queen in late 2004 and began a massive rejuvenation.

The Black Queen is now the focus of our lives and is the home of 'Legacy' the gift of llight.

We are privileged to live this environmentally sustainable lifestyle, where we generate our own power through solar and wind, collect our own water and carefully preserve and manage
his attraction for future generations.
